Ingredients
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
6 large eggs
2 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
12 mahi-mahi fillets, thawed if necessary, skinned (about 4oz each)
Directions

1. Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. In small bowl, whisk garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and pepper.

 

2. In wide, shallow dish, whisk eggs. In separate wide, shallow dish, place breadcrumbs; place flour in third wide, shallow dish. Sprinkle mahi-mahi with garlic powder mixture. Dredge mahi-mahi in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then in breadcrumb mixture to coat; place on rimmed baking pan and spray both sides with cooking spray.

 

3. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. In 4 batches, air fry mahi-mahi 8 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once.

 

4. Air Fryer Mahi-Mahi can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Use Air Fryer Mahi-Mahi in recipes such as fish sandwiches, cold noodle bowls or tacos.
